Since 1951, Circle Gear has stood out as a leader in the gear industry for the Midwest and the Chicagoland area.  We are family owned and operated having a third-generation family member serve as company president.  By supporting a culture of transparency and mutual trust, strong relationships have been built with our employees, vendors, and customers.  Our desire to care for our employees provides a stable employment base proving Circle Gear shows attention and devotion to where it matters most.

Circle Gear has come along way from the small job shop that was originally located on Kostner Ave. in Chicago.  We have substantially expanded from the cozy 7500sq ft. building to a 122,000sq. ft. multi-building facility and continuing to grow to meet the needs of our customers.

Staying true to our roots, Circle Gear continues to excel at providing reverse engineering, whether from worn samples, prints, or even sketches while striving to meet the customers quality objectives and delivery requirements. We stand apart from the competition due to the service and personal attention that goes into every project

Circle Gear is a full-service manufacturing facility.  The diversity of products manufactured requires a full array of specialized machining equipment.  This wide range of equipment and in-house services promotes the ability to handle most project operations internally.  Complete control of all operations in production ensures on-time delivery.

Circle Gear has a Quality Management System in compliance with ISO 9001:2015.  Quality control is a companywide focus and is addressed at every phase of the manufacturing process.  From the initial quotation, through the manufacturing process and then final inspection, the concept of total quality is paramount.
