Worm gears can be manufactured up to 120″ in diameter, with worms available in diameters up to 10″. For the gear, we can produce teeth and size ratios of up to 1.5 DP and 16 module. Featuring just-in-time production and scheduling capabilities, we can work with our customer to determine the most efficient and useful way to manufacture and ship your worm gears and worm sets.
Our material selection includes brass, bronze, stainless steel, and gray cast iron, and our full production capabilities include forging, die casting, centrifugal casting, and gear and worm cutting through hobbing, broaching, milling, or cutting.
